As a quick reminder from our previous Blog post on this subject, if you are a supinator (meaning you underpronate), you have a minimal inward foot roll upon impact and your weight distribution tends to fall on the lateral side of your foot. If it is mostly on the outside edge of your shoes (the lateral side of your foot), chances are you are a supinator!
